General Terms

BARIN Bulgaria OOD maintains and owns the site www.barin.bg from the territory and according to the regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The general conditions are intended to regulate the relations between BARIN Bulgaria and each User of the site. When using the site, the User expressly agrees to these General Terms and Conditions, both on his own behalf and on behalf of the legal entity he represents or whose employee he is. In case of disagreement with them, the functionalities of the Site cannot be used. The term "User" under these General Terms and Conditions does not coincide with the user under the Consumer Protection Act.

Terms of use of the site

The website www.barin.bg is intended for wholesalers. Our goal is to provide you with up-to-date information and simplify the ordering and order confirmation process.
We know that the shopping habits of distributors are completely different from those of end users in general. For this reason, we have included many features that help our customers work.

Each user who wishes to log in is verified at registration so that by filtering end users only authorized dealer partners can obtain the necessary permissions. 

After logging into the account, all prices you see on baring.bg are without VAT included.

Of course, barin.bg can be visited without a password, but in this way only the general information and description of the product will be available to users. After activation of your profile by a barin.bg administrator, the prices of all current products are activated. Promotions and special offers become available, and you can browse the list of your previous orders.

Payments

When purchasing on barin.bg, the User pays at prices that are in effect on the date of placing the order, and payment is made at the time of purchase or delivery of the goods, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with your BARIN dealer.

Complaints

In the event of a quantitative or qualitative difference in the goods received, indicate the deviation or damage within 24 hours of receipt by filling out the claim form.
We do not accept claims for personally collected goods from BARIN Bulgaria warehouses. Therefore, check the quantity and quality of the ordered goods thoroughly upon receipt.
In relation to the complaints received, we will send feedback on its decision within 24 hours.

Information on the rights of persons on the protection of personal data

BARIN Bulgaria OOD, EIK 202899950, headquarters and management address, city of Plovdiv, Zapaden district, 18 RILA STREET, floor 3, we confirm that the information and personal data provided by you in connection with your registration in the electronic store www.barin.bg are collected, processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of the personal data protection legislation of the European Union and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Current Bulgarian legislation applies to matters not settled in these General Terms and Conditions.

The date of the last update of these General Terms and Conditions is 07/09/2022. The changes in these General Terms and Conditions, made by updating them according to the previous sentence, will apply to all welded and new relationships.
