How do I place an order?

To place an order, you must have an active profile on barin.bg, call the national order number 0700 13 993 or contact the relevant office serving your region.

How do I check an already placed order?

After you successfully finalize your order, barin.bg automatically sends a confirmation email with the order number to the email you registered with on the site. You can view your order at any time in your "Order History" profile.

I don't have an order confirmation email. Why?

It is possible that you did not complete your order successfully or that the confirmation email is in the SPAM folder of the email you registered with.

Cancellation of created order

After an order has been successfully finalized and accepted for execution by BARIN Bulgaria, you can cancel it by sending an email to contact@barin.bg or contact your Barin dealer.

Payments

How do I make a payment?

When purchasing on barin.bg, the User pays at prices that are in effect on the date of placing the order, and payment is made at the time of purchase or delivery of the goods, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with your BARIN dealer.

Complaints

What should I do in case of a quantitative or qualitative difference in the received goods?

In the event of a quantitative or qualitative difference in the goods received, indicate the deviation or damage within 24 hours of receiving it by filling out the complaint form.

We do not accept claims for personally collected goods from BARIN Bulgaria warehouses. Therefore, check the quantity and quality of the ordered goods carefully upon receipt.
